Situated on Rameswaram island, Tamil Nadu, the Ramanathaswamy Temple is among the twelve Jyotirlingas and a pivotal Char Dham pilgrimage site. The temple is known for its majestic Dravidian architecture, India’s longest corridor (1,000+ pillars), and the sacred 22 theerthams (wells) whose waters are believed to purify devotees.
