Akshardham Temple Delhi, inaugurated in 2005, is a monumental Hindu spiritual and cultural complex built by BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha. Dedicated to Bhagwan Swaminarayan, it showcases Indian traditions, spirituality, and architecture through its intricately carved pink sandstone and white marble mandir, Sahaj Anand water show, Yagnapurush Kund (world’s largest stepwell), cultural boat ride, and exhibitions. Photography and mobiles are not allowed inside. The temple is among the largest modern Hindu complexes globally.
